Is there a physician on call after hours?

A physician is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by calling 203-789-2255 after hours. If there is a medical emergency, we recommend going to the nearest emergency room or calling 911. Please note that we do not fill prescriptions after hours.

Will I need a referral to schedule an appointment?

Unless your insurance carrier specifies, we do not require a referral to schedule an appointment
with us. We appreciate having medical records, laboratory results, and radiology reports
forwarded to us ahead of time for review.

What is your policy for releasing records?

The forms to request a release of records are available on this website under the form tab.

Do you offer Telehealth appointments?

We do offer telehealth visits for established patients. We use as our telehealth platform.

Is free parking available at all locations?

Free parking is available at all three locations. Handicapped parking is also available and the
offices are handicapped accessible.

How do I refill my prescription?

We recommend calling your pharmacy to request a refill for your medications or you can call the
office directly and speak with the staff.

What Insurances do you accept? If you do not see your insurance or are not sure if your insurance is accepted, please call our office at 203-789-2255.  We are happy to provide further information.
