Arriving for Your Appointment
Upon arrival, please check-in at the front desk and present your insurance card to the front staff. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may to reschedule your appointment.
Accommodations
You will be settled in a reclining chair, and a nurse will begin your infusion or injection. For your infusion, an intravenous (IV) line will be placed. Some of the medications require treatment with pre-medications and your infusion nurse will review the treatment protocol with you. Please express any questions or concern sto the nurse at the time of your infusion. Free WiFi is available and blankets are available.
